My 5 year old daughter got this as a Christmas gift. She loved the idea of having her own camera and began taking pictures immediately. From the start, she had difficulty in getting pictures to take with messages like too dark, no picture, and blank screen. After clearing them memory 3 or 4 times within an hour, and having no luck in downloading them to the computer, the batteries are now showing out of power. I have no desire to replace batteries before I have even figured out how to get the pictures out of the camera!
